Qualified Producer Candidates
The Forum 400 represents an exclusive membership, and qualified producers must first be nominated by a member in good standing. Upon completing the application process, approved qualified producers will be invited to join Forum 400.
Members are strongly encouraged to seek out these top producers and invite them to take part in the Annual Meeting, held each January. Qualified producers must be able to document a minimum of $500,000 of annual personal financial services income (or current Top of the Table status).
In order to attend more than one meeting, producers must meet the qualifications of membership and gain acceptance by the Membership Committee.
Venture Candidates
The future of the Forum is now! Mentorship is key to securing the next generation of Forum 400 members. Through the Venture Candidate Program, young candidates who are on the rise, can gain access to current Forum 400 members who will help to shape them into tomorrow’s top talent.
Membership with Forum 400 is by invitation only. Current members in good standing are encouraged to nominate qualified producers for membership beginning April 1 through July 31. To nominate a qualified producer, please complete the 2013 Forum 400 Membership Nomination Form and return to Forum 400 via fax at (312) 673-6594 or email to Forum400@Forum400.org.
