Member Registration

All Forum 400 members have Annual Meeting registration built into their membership fee, as part of the new Forum 400 membership structure. Because it's included in your 2022 membership, you must renew your membership before you can register for the Annual Meeting.

Click the button below to register for the 2022 Annual Meeting. You will not need to submit a payment as your registration is included in your membership. The deadline to secure your registration for the Annual Meeting is January 14 at 11:55 p.m. CT. 

Register as Forum 400 Member

Please Note: Upon renewal it may take up to 48 hours for the database to approve your membership and allow you to register for the Annual Meeting. Please contact info@forum400.org if you are seeing a longer wait period.


Member: Add Ons (Optional)

  • Business Successor + $2,000
    Members are encouraged to bring their Business Successor to the 2022 Forum 400 Annual Meeting. To qualify for attendance, individuals must be claimed as a successor by an attending Forum 400 member – there is no production requirement. Successors can attend for up to three years.
  • Qualified Advisor + $2,000
    Must be an advisor/producer and an employee of a Forum 400 member's company to attend. No production requirements needed. All submissions subject to review and approval by Forum 400 staff.
  • Spouse/Companion + $600
    Provides admission to Forum 400 receptions, breakfasts and lunches during the Annual Meeting for guests of registered members.

How to Add On

Renewed members can choose add ons within the registration portal. Upon completion, you will be prompted to submit payment for the add on alone. The member registration fee is included in 2022 membership. 


Non-Member Registration

Non-member qualified producers can attend the Annual Meeting at a $2,000 fee. They are allowed to attend only once prior to joining Forum 400. In order to complete the Annual Meeting registration form, qualified producers must provide documentation that they meet the financial requirements for Forum 400 membership. Email Forum 400 Headquarters for more information. This is a one-time chance for non-members to experience the Forum 400 before joining. 


Cancellation Policy

Forum 400 will provide a refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received in writing on or before January 4, 2022. Cancellations should be directed to info@forum400.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from Forum 400 on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the event to the original form of payment or by check if the original payment was made over 60 days prior to cancellation. After January 4, 2022, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. For add-on attendees (Business Successor or Qualified Advisor) substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting info@forum400.org.

If any circumstances or event beyond the control of Forum 400 make it impracticable or impossible to hold the Annual Meeting and causes the event to be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered, Forum 400 agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which Forum 400 is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.
