Track: NED Talks
Retirement income planning is top of mind for the masses – save more money, take more risk, work longer, or some combination of all three. What if these “desperate attempts” to close their retirement income gap still fall woefully short of the mark? This session will cut to the chase and show you how owning whole life insurance is the key to unlocking higher income rates from your clients other retirement savings. This conversation is for all, including your financially challenged, marginally affluent and affluent clients – especially high-income earners with no business to sell.
• Start a conversation with a pre-retiree that is 5-10 years or even 10-30 years from retirement
• Give your clients’ the option to enjoy 6-10% guaranteed lifetime retirement income rates, by simply redirecting some of your client’s pre-retirement cash flow to a whole life Insurance contract
• Learn how a $10mm pile of money can act like a $20mm pile of money for a retiree’s income
In 1998 I joined a small rural General Agency affiliated with American United Life Insurance Company (now known as The Companies of OneAmerica) near Mountain Lake, MN, my childhood home. Since this time I have continued to appreciate life as a Career Agent. Now living in Carmel, IN, as well as Fort Myers, I continue to help families throughout the United States both in person, as well as by using virtual meeting platforms.
Since 2001 I have been an Economics-Based planning practitioner. Today, my market is predominantly Senior and Executive level leadership in large companies, as well as a handful of small business owners. The work we do at The OYRI Group is hinged in some way to helping people prepare for and live through retirement. Clients consist both of pre-retirees and retirees.
More importantly, my wife, Jackie, and I have been married for over 28 years. We have three grown children, two daughters-in-law and live in the Village of West Clay in Carmel, IN. We also spend much of our winter at our home in Miromar Lakes, FL. I continue to run, and also ride my Harley across the United States.
