Why did Forum 400 decide to shift their meeting to virtual-only?

The Board of Directors asked for member input about plans to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting in-person in Florida. Based on the 83 responses received and the continued risk to the Forum 400 community resulting from COVID-19, the Board unanimously voted to pivot the 2021 Annual Meeting to a 100% live, virtual experience.

What will my registration include?

Your registration gains you access to the full three-day Annual Meeting virtual experience, including the ability to:

  • Attend sessions in real time to live chat with other attendees
  • Ask live Q&A to the speaker(s)
  • Navigate the Virtual Industry Partner Showcase to interact with Industry Partners and hear the latest insights
  • Chat and set up 1-on-1 meetings with other producers
  • Participate in the Fast & Furious Sales Idea session to pitch your best 90-second idea for the chance to win prizes

In addition to these live event aspects, you will also receive ALL session recordings. Note: You MUST register for the Annual Meeting in order to receive the recordings.

Is there an early bird discount deadline?

It’s simple in 2021!  Just one price from now until registration closes on January 29. Make sure to register by January 11 to ensure you receive any sponsored promotional items prior to the Annual Meeting virtual experience.

Can I still bring a business successor with me?

Yes! Members are still allowed, and encouraged, to also register their business successor as an add-on to their registration. For registration pricing and details, click here

Will non-members be invited to attend?

Yes! Just as we have in the past, non-members are invited to attend the Forum 400 Annual Meeting once prior to joining. The Annual Meeting is an excellent way to experience all that Forum 400 has to offer before applying for membership. Non-members just need to send in a commission statement to verify they would meet the financial requirements for membership.

Can I still access the recordings if I don’t attend the live event?

All recordings will be available to members who register for the Annual Meeting. Even if you’re not able to attend all sessions or days of the event, you will still receive access to all recordings as part of your registration. Note: You MUST register for the Annual Meeting in order to receive the recordings.

As a Forum 400 member, will I have access to the recordings after the event, even if I don’t register? 

Due to the nature of a virtual event, session recordings will be available to members who register for the Annual Meeting. Members who do not register for the event will have the option to purchase access to the recordings after the event for $650.

When will session recordings be available?

Session recordings will be available on the Forum 400 website 3-4 weeks after the Annual Meeting Virtual Experience for members who attended only. We will notify you once the recordings are available. Non-members must join Forum 400 membership to gain access to the recordings. Any Forum 400 member who did not attend the Annual Meeting may purchase recordings for an additional cost.

All educational sessions will be recorded and made available except for the opening keynote with Bobby Samuelson and all of the Un-Meetings.
