Forum 400 Committees

Forum 400's volunteer committees work directly with the Board of Directors on various aspects within the organization to sustain our integrity and purpose. The Forum 400 president appoints committee chairs each January at the Annual Meeting.

Membership Committee

Engage and retain current members and identify/recruit new members through personal outreach via email, phone calls, and social media. Use Forum 400 membership marketing campaigns to grow the membership. Develop recruitment and retention campaigns. Provide guidance on various membership related issues or events. Act as an ambassador of Forum 400 while attending industry events to educate and promote the Forum to potential members.

Year-Round Education Committee

The Year-Round Education Committee develops strategies and tools to provide the top life insurance professionals education on a year-round basis through Sales Strategies 365. Participate in monthly meetings from January to January. Attend at least 4 webinars or other educational opportunity for feedback. Review speaker presentations and other materials for approval and feedback.

2021 Annual Meeting Program Planning Committee

Produce the highest quality Annual Meeting for the life insurance industry. Provide a platform for one-on-one idea exchange, networking opportunities, and enhanced use of life insurance products. Participate in monthly calls from January to January. Create education sessions with direct involvement in attracting thought-provoking speakers. Act as a speaker liaison to review and provide guidance to speakers on education session proposals.

Forum MAX Committee

Produce the highest quality Forum MAX annual event that fosters sharing amongst members through individual sales ideas presentations and the opportunity to expand our members’ networks. Participate in monthly calls from January to September. Attend Forum MAX. Group Leaders will review attendee presentations and provide feedback and facilitate presentations onsite. Direct involvement with recruiting attendees, identifying leaders, and other speakers.
