Membership Types

Regular Membership

Regular producer candidates must qualify with $500,000 of annual personal financial services income produced in the previous year, with a focused and substantial amount of that income comprised of earned first-year commission from new life insurance products. Forum 400 allows for some fluctuation in business, so prospective members may also qualify with cumulative personal financial services income of $2,000,000 over the past 3 years with at least $1,000,000 in life insurance.

Venture Candidate Membership

Mentorship is key to securing the next generation of Forum 400 members. Through the Venture Candidate Program, candidates who are on the rise can gain access to current Forum 400 members, who will help to shape them into tomorrow’s top talent. Venture Candidate applicants must qualify with $250,000 of annual personal financial services income produced in the previous year; production requirements then increase over a four-year period so that Venture Candidate members reach regular member status after four years of membership. Upon completing the application process, approved membership candidates will be invited to join Forum 400.

Non-Members: How to Attend the Annual Meeting

Non-member qualified producers can attend the Annual Meeting at a $2,000 fee. They are allowed to attend only once prior to joining Forum 400. In order to complete the Annual Meeting registration form, qualified producers must provide documentation that they meet the financial requirements for Forum 400 membership. Email Forum 400 Headquarters for more information. This is a one-time chance for non-members to experience the Forum 400 before joining.
