Member Recruitment Program


In efforts to build a strong membership base Forum 400 has created a recruitment incentive program. The incentive program will be used to acknowledge current members who engage in their candidate's membership process and successfully help them complete the application process.

How to Submit a Nomination
To submit a nomination please send an email to info@forum400.org with the candidate(s) contact information and why you believe the individual(s) would make a good addition to the Forum 400 community. A representative from the membership committee will then conduct an informational interview to learn more about the candidate and their qualifications. Upon approval the candidate will have 30 days to complete the application. Upon a successful application process the candidate will be welcomed to join Forum 400.
